Long Day

Just fell asleep in the car after a long day.

長い１日の後、車の中で寝付いた２人。

Merry Go Round with Aaron

I got to ride the Merry Go Round with Aaron.

アーロンと一緒にメリー・ゴーランドに乗ったんだ。

Seems like he enjoyed it too!

Aaron's First Swing

Since the weather was nice and Aaron had never been swinging before, we headed to the park.

天気も良かったし、アーロンがブランコに乗ったことがないって言ったので、皆で公園に行ったんだ。

We have been told many times that mommy and aunt Aki don't look anything like each other. But in this picture aunt Aki looks like mommy.

お母さんとあ～き～おばさんっていつも姉妹に見られないんだけど、この上の写真、あ～き～おばさん、お母さんにそっくり。

Aaron took a dive, head first, into the mulch.

マルチング（根おおい）に飛び込んだアーロン。もちろん頭からね。

My Cousin Aaron

I got to meet my cousin Aaron for the first time. To show our love we traded Elmo's.

いとこのアーロンとやっとで会うことが出来たんだ。お互いの愛情を分かち合う為、エルモーを交換し合ったんだ。

あまりにも可愛すぎて思わず写真を撮ったお父さんとお母さん。

Thanksgiving '09

Tiara waited until all the adults were gone and started drinking someone's Mountain Dew.

大人の人がいなくなるのを待って、マウンテン・デューを飲み始めたティアラ華蓮。

Baby Dedication

At the Baby Dedication. It was so hard to hold 28 lbs. for so long... daddy's back hurt the rest of the day.

献身式にて。１２ｋｇの子を長時間抱っこするのはキツイと思った瞬間。残り１日、お父さんの腰痛かったみたい・・・・

Tiara is holding hands with the pastor during the prayer because that's what we do at home.

ティアラ華蓮が神父様の手を握ってお祈りをしている所。お互いの手を握ってお祈りするのが我が家の習慣。

Life is Complicated

We attempted to take some pictures for Tiara's upcoming baby dedication. She refused to cooperate with us and this was the result.

ティアラ華蓮の献身式が近々ある為、写真撮影に挑んだお父さんとお母さん。なかなか思うようにしてくれないティアラ華蓮。結果は以下の通り。

**献身式**

親として、我が子にキリスト教としてその教えを守り、聖書に基づいた子育てをするということを誓う儀式。

She calmed down after we gave her a lollipop.

ペロペロキャンディーをあげてやっとで落ち着かせた所。

Because she wouldn't cooperate we decided to let her pick what she wanted to do. Outside with the bubbles it was and this was the result.

なかなか思う通りにしてくれなかった為、彼女のやりたいようにさせてみたら、お外に行ってシャボン玉を飛ばしたかったみたい。結果は以下の通り。

It is almost as if there was two different children.

全く別人のように変わっているのが分かるでしょ。
